Meals & delivery

Parents pay the meal total shown before checkout. The school pays delivery separately. Restaurant availability is confirmed for each school.

Order deadlines

Complete payment before the displayed deadline. A payment completed too late will be refunded. An order is confirmed only when it shows “Lunch is booked”.

Changes & cancellations

Before the deadline, cancel a confirmed meal order for a full refund and place a new order. After the deadline, contact your school. Cancelling a school lunch day refunds the affected meal orders.

Food preferences & allergies

Review the restaurant’s ingredients and allergen information before ordering. Special instructions are requests; they are not a guarantee that a meal is suitable for an allergy. Confirm any essential requirements with your school and restaurant.

School accounts

Adults create and manage accounts for their children. School administrators must be authorized to arrange lunches and share the school’s branding.
