Your family’s privacy

Your account belongs to you. Children do not need their own login.

What we use

Your email and phone help secure your account and send order updates. Your child’s name, classroom and meal instructions help the school and restaurant prepare and deliver the correct lunch.

Who can see it

Parents can view only their own children and orders. School administrators see their school’s distribution lists. Each restaurant sees the children’s lunch details it needs to fulfill its own orders.

Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe. We do not put children’s names in card payment descriptions.

Questions or deletion requests

Email support@cateredclub.com about your information. Order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
